A 4 month structured programme focussing on dealing with major life events like redundancy, relationship breakdown, setbacks etc. Group coaching calls and course material delivered weekly
Building Habits Programme
A 4 month structured programme focussing on bulding positive habits that will lead to major changes in your life. Group coaching calls and course material delivered weekly.
